JOE S. DEATON, III
JOE S. DEATON, III received his undergraduate degree as Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi in 1988, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the same university in 1990. He is licensed to practice in the entire State of Mississippi and in federal courts, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, Mississippi Bar Association, and the Hinds and Rankin County Bar Associations. His areas of expertise include all insurance matters, torts, motor vehicle accidents, general liability, agricultural liability, product liability, professional liability, real estate, trucking, construction, worker’s compensation, guardianship, estate, and other chancery matters. Attorney Deaton is also a member of the mediator panel of the Mississippi State Bar Association.

DAVID F. BERRY, IV
DAVID "D" BERRY is a partner at the law firm of Deaton & Berry, P.A. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2008. In 2004, he received his undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi College, where he was also a football letterman for four years. In 2008, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the same university, where he also served as President of the Mississippi Association for Justice and Christian Legal Society. He is a member of the Student Tutoring Assisting and Recruiting program and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association.

R. JASON CANTERBURY
R. JASON CANTERBURY is an associate at the law firm of Deaton & Berry, P.A. Attorney Canterbury received his undergraduate degree Cum Laude in 2005 from Mississippi College and his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2009. He is licensed to practice in all Mississippi and Federal Courts, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association. His areas of practice include all insurance matters and defense of tort liability actions, including motor vehicle accident cases, general liability matters, as well as family law and criminal law.
